Crafty Campbelltown residents have been sharing their skills via the local, volunteer led repair cafe. Volunteers get together each month to sew, solder, screw and generally fix things for other residents for free! Participants are encouraged to sit with the repairer to learn more about repair, but it’s more than just repairs that happen. These wonderfully managed sessions share stories and offer a place of community connection that is much deeper than the stuff that is kept out of landfill.
