KESAB is inviting primary schools (R–6) in the Mount Barker District Council and Rural City of Murray Bridge to take part in an exciting School Education Program in 2027.
This program is designed to support schools to:
- Build simple, effective waste and recycling practices at school
- Engage students in fun, hands-on sustainability activities that link to learning
- Encourage positive habits and behaviours that students can carry into their homes and wider community.
Participating schools will work closely with KESAB to deliver practical, school-based activities throughout 2027, with plenty of support along the way.
Taking part in this program offers practical benefits for both teachers and students, including:
- Ready-to-use support
- Curriculum connections
- Fun KESAB incursions
- Engaged students
- Whole-school impact
- Positive behaviour change
- Community leadership
